Sweep Feature : PTC CREO

Here I teach you how to use Sweep Feature in PTC CREO. In this feature, one sketch is available on which close object will move and generate part. We will see how this feature is work. First create a sketch as per below or do by your self. Now, select Sweep Feature as per below: After that select your created sketch. Now it will appear as per below: Here RED arrow indicate the staring point of sweep. You can change this point by clicking on it. After you click it will move to other end of sketch. At this starting point you have to create a sweep section. This profile is going to move on sketch path and model created. For create sweep section click on "Create or edit sweep section". When you click on above button, arrow is replace with two perpendicular center line. Intersecting point of center lines is indicate the center point of sweep section. How to calculate mass of 3D model in PTC CREO

Hello Friends, Here you will learn about "How to calculate mass of 3D model in PTC CREO?". Before calculating mass of any model you have to assign material to that model. OR You can define density of material later on. First of all open your model and then click on sequence shown in below image. File > Prepare > Model Properties After that doing this, below dialog box is open. In this box, click on  highlighted  change. One more dialog box is open. As told you, you have to assign material or define density of model. If you already assign material to model then no need to define density. As per below screen, density is already defined as per assignment of material. If material not assign then you have to enter density manually. After that follow below steps. Enter Density > Click on Calculate > Find Mass Location After that you can show mass of model as per below. Now note mass of model an

Hello Friends, Here you will learn about "How to assign material to 3D model in PTC CREO?". First of all open your model and then click on sequence shown in below image. File > Prepare > Model Properties After that doing this, below dialog box is open. In this box, click on highlighted  change. One more dialog box is open. Here inbuilt available material is shown. Now you have to choose required material for your model. Follow steps to select material and then click on OK. Now you can see the assign material name for your model. Revolve Feature - PTC Creo

Now, you will learn about how to use Revolve Feature. Primary Requirement for Revolve Feature is as below. First requirement is to have center line. Part is going to revolve with the center on Center Line. One one side of center line part is going to make in Sketch Feature . Sketch must be closed. First select Revolve Feature as per shown in below image. After than select a plan on which plan you want to draw a sketch. Here I select the FRONT Plan as per below image. Now click on Sketch On  button as shown below. So that selected plan is come in front of you and you are ready to draw the sketch. As per first requirement, draw straight a center line as per below image. Now, draw a sketch as shown below. And make sure that sketch is close. After that finish the sketch by clicking on OK . Here you can make revolve as per you requirement for rotation. Look in below screen so that you can find this option for above provision.
