Create Surface with Extrude Feature

From Extrude feature we can create solid as well as surface part. Here we are going to make surface part using Extrude Feature. Fist of all make sketch as per solid part. Here you can make open sketch for making surface only. After click on OK you have to select Extrude as surface  option as shown below. You can also select this option before creating a sketch in Extrude Feature. Now final you can click on OK. Your surface will created. Hello Friends, I made a a model for below image. Download Part file from here . Download PDF file from here . Please refer and give suggestion for that.

Problem Solving Techniques: Why-Why Analysis

What is Why-Why analysis? It  is a method of identifying the root causes of the problem . Steps for Why-Why Analysis: In this method we have to ask 5 question to our self and have to find answer. Every 1 st question’s answer is question for 2 nd question. Step 1: - Start with main problem which you are facing. Write this question on the top. And collect the received answer in 1 st level. Step 2:-                 For each answer ask again “why this happen/done??” and write answer in 2 nd level. Step 3:-                 Repeat this process for 5 th level. And then stop. Step-4:-                 At the end you will find your root causes. As per below. Give comment if there is any problem or any query.

Extrude with Cut Feature

We are going to remove material from available material with required size and shape. So for that you have to create a solid part with Extrude Feature . We have a block having dimension of 500 x 500 x 300 mm as shown below. If we want to remove material on top face of block then follow below steps:- Select  Extrude Feature  and select the top face of the block. Now create a shape that you want to cut from top face. After you create a shape than click OK. Note:- Shape must be closed. Now select Remove Material and change the direction of material removal. Now click on OK. How to define Reference in CREO

Requirement:- It required to define when we have to sketch or make any part with reference to other parts or sketch. How To Define:- Reference is define in Sketch mode and required in  Sketch  mode only. Sketch  mode activated when you select any plan or surface at where you are going to create other part. When you enter in sketch mode or feature then you will see below icon on the left side of screen as shown below: Now as shown select the reference feature and below dialog box will open. There are two predefined references available. Note:- Reference line is always display as doted line as per above picture. Reference is like a lines, circle or dot only. If we want to create a line on side line of a rectangle then you have to make reference line. So you just have to click on left edge of the side. And one line is created automatically similar with reference line. Selected reference line description is added in dialog box. And then

Extrude Feature : Practice Example

Practice example of Extrude Feature is a per below. If any problem then make comment and it will resolved.

Second Law of thermodynamics

Kelvin plank Statement It is impossible for a heat engine to produce net work in a complete cycle if it exchanges heat only with bodies at a single fixed temperature. Two reversible adiabatic parts cannot intersect each other which violates the Kelvin-Plank;s statement. The machine which violate Kelvin plank statement is called PPM2 (Perpetual Motion Machine of Second kind). Clauses Statement It is impossible to construct a device which operating in a cycle transfers heat from cooler body to a hotter body without any work input.

Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics/ Temperature Measurement

When a body A is in thermal equilibrium with a body B & also separately with a body C then body B & C will be in thermal equilibrium with each other. Zeroth law of thermodynamics is the basis of temperature measurement.
